M&E CAD Technician - Cambridge 

Our client is a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, providing a wide range of services across the majority of industry sectors including commercial, health, education, residential and community.

They are currently looking for an M&E CAD Technician to join their very successful and established team in Cambridge.

Work is likely to include:

  • Co-operating closely with Engineers
  • Modelling/co-ordinating Mechanical and Electrical services within risers and corridors
  • Modelling/co-ordinating plant rooms
  • Creating families as required
  • Setting up drawing sheets

Required Qualifications / Experience: 

  • Multi-disciplined (Mechanical & Electrical)
  • 3-4 years FULL-TIME M&E CAD experience
  • 3 years RELEVANT Building services experience
  • Applicant must have a good grasp of building services
