Our client is seeking a multi skilled Senior Technical Facilities Management Consultant to work within one of their existing teams in London that focus on strategic asset and facilities management to work on a variety of projects across all sectors undertaking facilities management, asset management and project management duties in relation to all aspects of building services engineering. Our client is a very successful building service consultancy with 200 strong and eight offices across the UK.
You will be working within a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will form an integral part of the national facilities management team. You will have a high degree of autonomy and be required to remain proactive and versatile, as the work undertaken is extremely diverse in both scope and clients. You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and report writing abilities
You will be actively involved in the management and delivery of full MEP condition surveys, PPM schedules, dilapidation assessments, pre-acquisition and vendor reports, compliance audits and producing high quality technical reports. You will have experience in life cycle costing analysis and using industry costing and maintenance standards. You will have proven experience and ability in undertaking asset surveys and experience of survey software packages. The position includes a relatively high level of responsibility and accountability with the opportunity to develop managerial as well as technical knowledge and skills, and to progress rapidly.
