Technical Director (MEP)

£75,000 + Package + Bonus

 A boutique multi disciplined property consultancy are currently looking for a Technical Director level candidate to join them on a permanent basis. This consultancy have 5 offices around the world and have a fantastic reputation for working with a number of pioneering developers and clients. Within this role you will help continue the expansion of the MEP London team, while holding two key client relationships with residential and commercial developers which use the services of the companies Architectural, Structural and MEP design teams. These client relationships are key to the business and therefore the right candidate needs to enjoy client facing positions and have good commercial acumen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding consultancy who can offer opportunity for career development. Candidates should have the below experience:

• Experience in a client facing position
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects
• At least 10 years experience in MEP Design consultancies.
• Capable of managing a team of MEP engineers at varying levels
• Have a passion for aesthetically pleasing design and sustainability
