A large Independent property consultancy is currently looking to take on 3 Building service Engineers with varying degrees of knowledge. The team based in Birmingham is currently going through massive expansion due to an influx of work and to meet new Business targets. They are currently in the process of setting up a new office. 

The team are currently working predominately on Commerical and Industrial related projects. However, as a business, they are involved in a wide array of different sectors within building services so you can expect to be involved in a wide range of different projects. 

This presents a unique opportunity for someone to be supported in their career via tailored L&D schemes and mentorship as well as being offered a very good opportunity to progress within a growing office. 

Key Points 

- Degree or MSc  in  Building Services Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 

- Ideally have some form of experience in a Commerical property environment 

- Excellent report writing and communication skills / Undertaking Dilapidations Studies and Condition Reports

- The ability to liaise with clients and colleagues 

- Supporting the team by providing technical support and maintenance management duties.

- Conducting site inspections & surveys
