£38,000 - £48,000 DOE Plus Benefits 

 
Ashbys Consulting are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor in the Essex region for an award winning multi discipline consultancy. We are looking to find a recently chartered or experienced MRICS qualified surveyor who has experience in managing the delievery of projects at this level. The client has a range of projects across various tiers including Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Defence, Residential and Education. Some proficiency with using NBS Specification, AutoCAD and MS Project would also be beneficial.

For this positions you will need:

• MRICS Qualified
• Degree in Building Surveying
• Project management experience e.g contract admin, managing projects on site, report and specification writing.
• Experience within a range of sectors and AutoCAD skills are a plus.

This role will provide an efficient and effective building surveying service to the Practice, and its clients. The candidate will be able to deliver, design, develop, plan, co-ordinate, supervise and project manage building schemes.
