Ashbys Consulting are working with a small, bespoke practice of Chartered Surveyors in Central London, who are looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to lead their Party Walls division.

The company perform the full spectrum of professional services and project management to a variety of public and private sector clients across London, working on a variety of residential, industrial, and commercial property. They are run by a small team of high performing, energetic, and ambitious Surveyors; and they have enough work coming in to be able to grow the business steadily over the next five years.

They are looking to appoint a similarly minded Surveyor to manage all of their Party Wall enquiries; which will mostly be attached to other packages of work the company are performing on the same projects. You won't need to bring any new business with you initially, as their short and mid term workload is extensive.

You will be given a huge amount of freedom to effectively run the division as your own business. You will probably only be in the office one day per week, and you will have the opportunity to grow a team under your over the next couple of years.

You will need to be a Chartered Surveyor with extensive Party Walls experience, and be personable, organised, and proactive enough to be able to grow this division.
