We have just been engaged to work on a unique Technical Director of Building Services role in Devon. This role is to help lead a 20 strong MEP Design team working on a number of iconic and well publicised projects in the commercial, leisure, health and education sector.

You will help develop and shape the MEP team in what they do in the Southwest region while getting support from the Regional Director.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone that is operating at this level who is looking for an opportunity to have a genuine impact on the bottom line of the business

The role

• Operational management of the MEP teams overseeing and managing projects, working with clients, This as well as being responsible for the professional growth of the team from the graduates to the senior engineers.
• Assisting to continue to develop our brand and relationships in the Southwest and further afield.
• Team performance including work pipeline, costs and operational management.
• Consistently meeting monthly and annual budget at team level, support MEP budget planning and ongoing review to improve performance.
• Ability to lead efficiency and growth.
• Strong communication, analysis and people skills with increased multi-discipline working.
