A leading international building services and sustainability consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intermediate/Senior BREEAM/WELL Sustainability Consultant to join its London office. Responsibilities:

• Conducting Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Embodied Carbon Assessments to evaluate the environmental impact of building projects.
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their sustainability goals and provide expert advice on BREEAM and WELL certification requirements.
• Developing sustainable design strategies and recommending innovative solutions to optimize building performance.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in conducting LCA and Embodied Carbon Assessments within the built environment sector.
• Strong knowledge of BREEAM and WELL certification frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with client stakeholders and project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
• A passion for sustainability and a commitment to creating environmentally responsible buildings.
• Relevant sustainability qualifications and certifications are desirable.
