You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse project portfolio within the real estate sector, pushing your technical skills to the next level. - £35,000 - £55,000 Depending on experience 
- Central London Based 
- ESG Consultancy
- Real Estate sector focused

The ideal candidate should also possess the following:

- 2.5+ Years design orientated experience (specifically on UK projects)
- Come from a technical modelling background (IES VE, SAP, TAS)
- Experience working towards BREEAM/NABERS/LEED/WELL standards
- Ability to articulate technical knowledge to non-technical stakeholders
