A forward thinking consultancy based in Essex is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mechanical MEP Engineer to lead the mechanical design, coordination, and delivery of building services projects across our residential, commercial, and mixed-use portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the mechanical design and development of MEP systems for a range of building projects

Oversee project delivery from concept through to completion, ensuring technical excellence and compliance

Prepare and review calculations, specifications, drawings, and technical reports

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and external consultants

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Mentor junior engineers
Required Skills & Experience
-
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical MEP design and project delivery

Strong knowledge of HVAC, heating, ventilation, and building services systems

Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects
- Basic knowledge of Revit and Auto CAD
