Data Centre Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

€90,000 - €1100,000 DOE Plus Benefits 

 

Ashbys Consulting are currently recruiting for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to work within the mission critical facilities team in Frankfurt. As lead mechanical engineer you will be working within the Design & Engineering sector.

The company are an independent international engineering and project management consultancy leading the way in sustainable development and innovation working across EMEA.  

You will be responsible for: 

• Coordinating mechanical installations with other disciplines  
• Modelling mechanical installations in 3D Revit 
• Implement knowledge of workability, accessibility and maintainability into the model in order to make sure the contractor can build it exactly according to our model 
• Coordinate and clash control the mechanical design with other disciplines. 

 
They are recruiting for this position on a permanent basis and are looking for the following experience: 

• 5 - 10 years relevant work experience 
• An excellent communicator, German profiecnt/ fluent is a MUST
• A bachelor or masters degree in mechanical engineering or HIT-E
