A well renowned developer are looking for an M&E Coordinator to work in between their internal design team and external building services installation contractor. This developer are well renowned to be behind some of the largest residential and commercial developments in London and have a great reputation for their work. This is a good opportunity for someone who has experience in both design and installation to monitor contractor performance, test installations, write reports and coordinate day to day between site and office. This candidate must have the below experience:
- Experience working in a M&E coordinator role with medium- large residential/ commercial project experience
- Able to navigate and use AUTO CAD
- Experience working in the M&E consultancy market
