A medium-sized - high-performing building services consultancy is looking to take on an Associate ESG consultant. This consultancy has been growing significantly over the past couple of years. The Associate Director of ESG is looking for someone to help assist with the Coordination of the team and working with the companies existing client portfolio. Sustainability is at the heart of everything they do. 

The company has 4 offices. One is based in the heart of Newark (HQ) a new office in Birmingham and two are abroad. This consultancy currently has a wide offering when it comes to projects. They are involved in Data centres, Industrial, Retail, Education, Resi and more. Plenty of opportunities to expand your portfolio and the chance to work on international projects too. 

This provides a unique opportunity that presents two options for progression. One is you take over from the Associate Director to coordinate the strategy for the 4 sustainability teams or alternatively build up the Birmingham office team. 

Requirements: 

- 8+ years experience within Sustainability in building services

- Relevant degree in building services / Mechanical Engineering or sustainability

- Planning and creating energy statements

- Coordinate and lead projects across the 4 teams

- Providing and writing a developed strategy for the existing client base

- Providing Technical advice to clients from the 4 sustainability teams across the business.
