About the Role
My Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Revit MEP Technician to join their dynamic team based in their Euston, London office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician to play a key role in delivering high-quality building services designs across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed and coordinated MEP models using Revit in line with project requirements
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design integration
• Lead the development of BIM standards and workflows within the team
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications
• Support project delivery from concept through to completion
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team development

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience working as a Revit MEP Technician within the building services industry
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems
• Experience working within a BIM Level 2 (or higher) environment
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet project deadlines

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
• Experience working on complex or large-scale projects
