A medium sized, independent property consutlancy are looking for an Associate Sustainability Consultant to lead a team of 5 sustainability consultants in their London office. Working largely on residential and commercial projects the candidate will have strong knowledge of these projects and have prior experience with them.
Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to provide strategic advise on sustainable development
- Whole life carbon
- Strong report writing experience
- Consultancy experience
- Able to write a planning submission
- BREEAM is useful but it isn’t the key need
- Worked with similar real estate investor clients
- It’s not a compliance role
- Client facing: experience of working with commercial real estate investors
- Communication skills: presentation and client facing: leading meetings
