Building Services Manager | MEP
Role Overview:
Manage and coordinate MEP design and construction activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and project requirements. Support design and construction teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Review tender drawings, specifications, and subcontractor design for compliance and buildability.

Support in-house design and construction teams with technical guidance.

Supervise and coordinate subcontractor works on-site.

Manage commissioning, handover, and energy performance assessments.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and support tender submissions.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to group initiatives.

Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

Professional qualification (ACIBSE, MIET, or equivalent).
-
Knowledge of Building Regulations, CIBSE, BSRIA, NHBC, and British/European Standards.
-
Full driving licence.
