Ashbys Consulting are working with a growing multi-disc practice with offices spread over the south of England. Due to growth and success they are now seeking a motivated Building Surveyor ideally just chartered or experienced chartered level. You will work on both private and public sector clients across a range of projects and have a good project management background.
The main aspects of the role include traditional building surveying and project management across a varierty of sectors; education, conservation, defence to name a few. You will be working in an experienced team but also trusted to take responsibility of your own proejcts, start to finish. some key duties include:
- Refurbishment projects
- Client management, Contract Admin
- Varierty of Building Surveys
- New Builds
- AutoCad work
