I am currently working with a leading client who has multiple offices across the UK looking for a Intermediate Electrical Engineer. This role will be providing a wide range of services across the majority of industry sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, defence and residential. Electrical Design Engineer Responsibilities

The role will involve providing electrical engineering support to the practice by providing expertise in the field of electrical engineering in the built environment and to include design and project management responsibilities.

• Meet with clients to establish project brief and budget costs for client consideration.
• Draw up detailed specifications and drawings against client’s briefs.
• Review tenders received and prepare tender reports and recommendations.
• Project manage site works from commencement to completion.
• Carry out inspections of existing installations and submit condition reports.
• Complete site visits, surveys, and witness system commissioning.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Essential skills and Experience

• Degree/Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience of building services design.
• Full driving licence
