A high performing , award-winning pure building services design consultancy are looking for a permanent CAD Technician to join their team based out of their modern office in Derbyshire. They have been bringing buildings to life for over 20 years with 2 other offices across the UK. Their portfolio is a combination of public and private design projects across a range of sectors that include new build, refurbishment and fit-out.
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- 2+ years FULL-TIME M&E CAD experience
- Experience working in building services environment across different sectors and disciplines
- Experience in AutoCAD and Bentley MicroStation
- 3 years RELEVANT Building services experience
- Applicant must have a good grasp of building services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working as the CAD Technician
- The ability to work on multi projects across different teams.
