Principal Building Surveyor

£48,000 - £58,000
Ashbys Consulting are currently working with a well known multi-disciplinary design and property consultants based in Derbyshire. They work across a number of sectors from Commercial, Residential, Education, Infrastructure, Leisure and so on.
The Principal Building Surveyor will lead the Building Surveying team based in Derbyshire and hold MRCIS or MCIOB status. Experience at this level and within a similar consultancy or large contractor is also a must.
- You must be up to date with relevant building regulations and knowledge of NBS building software.
- High level of technical skill
- Advanced knowledge contract admin
