Senior Revit Technician – Building Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to join our Building Services team, working across a wide range of projects including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments. This role plays a key part in the delivery of high-quality coordinated BIM models and technical drawings, supporting engineers and project teams from concept through to construction.

You will be a technical lead within the Revit environment, helping to drive best practice, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring models meet project, client, and BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and manage detailed Revit models for building services (MEP) across multiple project stages.

• Lead the development and coordination of BIM models.

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.

• Review and check models and drawings produced by others to ensure quality and consistency.

• Support project delivery by meeting deadlines and managing workload across several live projects.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.

• Assist with model audits, clash detection, and coordination meetings.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of Revit content, families, and templates.
