Our client based in Brentford, SW London, is seeking a Civil Structural Engineer with significant experience in Scaffolding Design to join their team on a full time basis. This is an office based position.

Our client which was founded in 2020 is a leading name in engineering design who are on the upwards trajectory to even more success since they were founded. They pride themselves on innovative solutions within engineering along with efficiency, knowledge and more importantly safety in scaffolding designs.

Overview of position - Seeking an experienced and technical minded Civil Structural Engineer with a speciality in scaffold design. A strong background in 2D and 3D CAD software is essential with the knowhow to produce the necessary calculations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail with the ability to work efficiently and to any required deadlines. Industry knowledge is essential to ensure our client remains compliant in their operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field

- 6 years experience (minimum) in Civil and Structural Engineering with an element of focus on scaffolding design in this timeframe

- Proficient knowledge of CAD software - 2D and 3D

- Strong knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and structural analysis

- The ability to work in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally

- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work off your own initiative
